How it started

Krish Keshri didn’t start on the agency side. He started in production: writing hooks, cutting short-form edits and shipping videos for clients himself, one reel at a time.

Doing that work up close, he kept seeing the same pattern. The people with the most valuable knowledge, the coaches, consultants and advisers, were often the least visible online. Not because they had nothing to say, but because nobody had built them a system to say it consistently. Referrals and reputation got them this far; they don’t scale.

Short-form video can let thousands of the right people hear how you think. Doing it properly takes a strategist, a writer, an editor, a publisher and someone watching the DMs. Most experts try to be all five and end up being none.

So Krish built a team that does all five, as one service, the Authority Flywheel™. Clients record for about an hour a week; the team handles everything else. That system has now generated 250M+ views for 200+ clients around the world.

Today HustleGrowthz is a remote team of strategists, scriptwriters and editors led by Krish. The company is registered in India as HustleGrowthz Private Limited, and works with clients all over the world.
