Terms & Conditions

These terms apply when you buy services from HustleGrowthz Private Limited (“HustleGrowthz”, “we”, “us”). By making a payment, you agree to them.
1. Services
The Authority Flywheel™ service includes positioning strategy, script writing, video editing, multi-platform distribution, inbound DM automation and strategy reviews, as described on our offer page. The standard scope is 30 short-form videos a month published on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. Anything outside that scope needs written agreement.
2. Your responsibilities
- Record content from the scripts we provide, typically about one hour a week
- Provide accurate information about your business, offer and audience
- Give us the account access needed for publishing and automation
- Respond to requests for approvals or information within 48 business hours
- Make sure the claims you make on camera about yourself and your results are true
Delays caused by missing recordings, approvals or access do not extend or reduce the fees due.
3. Plans and billing
- Monthly plan: $999 per month, billed in advance each month, renewing automatically until cancelled.
- Annual plan: $5,999 for 12 months, billed once in advance.
- All amounts are in US dollars and exclude taxes and any bank, card or currency-conversion fees.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel the monthly plan at any time by emailing info@hustlegrowthz.com before your next billing date. The service continues until the end of the period you have paid for and you will not be charged again. The annual plan is a 12-month commitment and cannot be cancelled for a refund part-way through.
5. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. See our refund policy. If you believe you’ve been charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the payment.
6. Ownership
Once a payment has been made in full, you own the final videos and scripts delivered for that period. We may keep copies for our records.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
We commit to delivering the agreed work. We do not guarantee specific revenue, leads, followers, views or other business outcomes, which depend on many factors outside our control, including your offer, market, platform algorithms and your participation.
8. Platforms and third-party tools
The service relies on third-party platforms and tools (such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, ManyChat and Discord). We are not responsible for their outages, policy changes, restrictions or account actions they take.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
10. Confidentiality
We keep your non-public business information confidential and use it only to deliver the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over disputes.
