This policy explains how HustleGrowthz Private Limited (“HustleGrowthz”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit hustlegrowthz.com, contact us, book a call or become a client. We are registered in India and work with clients worldwide.

Information we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address, phone number (optional), business details, social media handles, your answers on our booking form, and anything you write in a message.
• Booking information: when you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email and chosen time on our behalf.
• Usage information: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived on the site. We also record the page you first landed on and any campaign tags in the link, and attach them to enquiries you submit.
• Client information: if you become a client, the materials, recordings and account access you share with us so we can deliver the service.

How we use it

• To reply to enquiries and prepare for and hold strategy calls
• To deliver, manage and invoice the services you buy
• To understand which pages and content are useful, if you’ve consented to analytics
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the website and our business. They process information on our behalf: Google (Workspace, Sheets/Apps Script for form submissions, and Analytics if enabled), Calendly (call booking), Vimeo and YouTube (embedded videos, which load only when you press play), Discord (client communication), and ManyChat and the social platforms themselves for clients’ DM automation. These providers may store data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information for as long as it’s useful to respond and follow up, and no longer than 24 months without further contact. Client records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal and tax requirements.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email info@hustlegrowthz.com. We will respond within 30 days.
