Refund Policy

All payments made to HustleGrowthz Private Limited are non-refundable. Please read this policy before you buy.

Monthly plan

Payments already made are not refunded, including for partially used months. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date by emailing info@hustlegrowthz.com. Your service continues until the end of the month you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again.

Annual plan

The annual plan is paid upfront for 12 months at a discounted rate. It is non-refundable, including if you stop using the service before the 12 months end, regardless of whether onboarding has started or how much of the service has been delivered.

No results guarantee

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue, leads or follower growth, and refunds are not given on that basis.

Billing errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, for example charged twice, email us within 7 days of the payment and we will investigate and correct any genuine error.
