If you’re a coach looking for someone to run your content, the options can look identical from the outside. Most of them say “done for you”. But they do very different jobs, at very different prices.
This comparison covers five services that coaches often consider, using only what each one publishes on its own website or public profile. We checked every page on 7 November 2026.
Disclosure: HustleGrowthz is our company and appears in this list. We’ve described the others as fairly as we can, including where they’re a better fit than us. Check each provider’s current page before you buy, because prices and scope change.
The short answer: if you sell a high-ticket program and want strategy, scripts, editing, publishing and DM follow-up handled together, choose a full-system service. If you already film your own content and just need editing, a production service is cheaper. If budget is the main constraint, a low-cost subscription will keep you posting.
How we compared them
For a coach, the useful questions are about scope, not adjectives:
- Who writes what you say? Scripts are where coaching content wins or loses.
- Who makes the video? Your own footage, stock footage, or a mix.
- Who publishes it? Files sent to you, or posted for you.
- What happens after someone comments or DMs? This is where calls come from.
- What does it cost, and is the price published?
At a glance
| Service | Published price | Scripts | Footage | Publishing | DM follow-up | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| HustleGrowthz | $999/month or $5,999/year | Yes, 30 a month | You record about an hour a week | Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook | Yes, comment-to-DM automation and qualification | Coaches and consultants with $3,000+ offers |
| Viral Coach | Not published; Clutch lists a $25,000+ minimum project size | Not stated; lists “creative strategy & development” | Not stated | “Multi-platform distribution” | Not stated | Business owners wanting a large managed program |
| beCreatives | From $999/month billed quarterly ($1,199 monthly) | Not mentioned | Your footage, edited | Not explicitly stated | No | People who already film and need daily editing |
| 99 Dollar Social | $99–$629/month for 4–30 videos | Not mentioned | Your clips, or premium stock | Optional | Separate “Social Leads” service | Tight budgets that need volume |
| Feedbird | Posts from $99/month; short-form videos from $149/month (5 videos) | Not mentioned | Not specified | Yes | Not stated | Low-cost, consistent posting across channels |
“Not stated” means we couldn’t find it on the provider’s public pages. It doesn’t mean they don’t offer it, so ask them directly.
HustleGrowthz
What it is: the Authority Flywheel, a done-for-you short-form system for coaches, consultants and founders. We handle positioning and research, write 30 scripts a month, edit 30 videos, publish on four platforms, and run comment-to-DM automation that qualifies interested viewers and books calls. You record for about 45–60 minutes a week.
Price: $999 a month, or $5,999 a year for the same service.
Strengths: one team covers the whole path from idea to booked call, and the price is published.
Limits: you do need to record every week. LinkedIn publishing isn’t part of the standard scope. And we’re not a good fit for low-ticket offers, where a cheaper option below makes more sense.
Viral Coach
What it is: a fully managed social media service. Its website lists editing and production, positioning, performance marketing, organic traffic systems and multi-platform distribution, and advertises “1 Million Views Guaranteed” alongside a note that results are not typical.
Price: not published on the website. Its Clutch profile lists a minimum project size of $25,000+.
Strengths: scale and a large public review footprint (214 reviews with a 4.7 rating on Clutch when we checked).
Worth asking: how the views guarantee works, who writes the scripts, and what happens to leads after a video performs. Its testimonials lean towards local service businesses, so ask for examples from coaches. More detail: Viral Coach alternatives for coaches.
beCreatives
What it is: a video editing subscription. On its pricing page, the Scale plan covers one short-form video per day with a one-business-day turnaround, a dedicated editing team and unlimited revisions.
Price: Scale is $999 a month billed quarterly, or $1,199 billed monthly. Higher plans are $1,999 and $4,999 a month billed quarterly.
Strengths: fast, high-volume editing with clear pricing.
Limits for coaches: scripting isn’t mentioned, so you’ll need to plan, write and film the content yourself.
99 Dollar Social
What it is: a low-cost short-form video subscription. Editors cut your clips into Reels, TikToks and Shorts, or use premium stock if you have no footage. Posting and scheduling are optional.
Price: from $99 a month for 4 videos up to $629 a month for 30, with extra channels at $10 a month. It offers a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible new plans.
Strengths: the lowest entry price here, and month-to-month.
Limits for coaches: scripting isn’t mentioned, and comment or DM follow-up is a separate service.
Feedbird
What it is: a social media content subscription covering posts, short-form videos, and optional ads and SEO.
Price: posts from $99 a month for 10, short-form videos from $149 a month for 5. It says there are no contracts and you can cancel any time.
Strengths: a cheap way to keep accounts active across many platforms.
Limits for coaches: it isn’t coaching-specific, and its pages don’t mention scripting or lead follow-up.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best done-for-you content service for coaches?
It depends on what you need covered. For high-ticket coaches who want scripts, editing, publishing and DM follow-up handled together, a full-system service fits best. If you already film and script, an editing subscription is cheaper.
How much do done-for-you content services cost for coaches?
Published prices we found in November 2026 range from $99 a month for a few edited videos to $999–$1,199 a month for daily editing or full-system services. Some agencies don’t publish prices and work with larger minimum projects.
Do done-for-you services write the scripts?
Not always. Several services edit footage you provide and don’t mention scripting. If you want someone to decide what you say, ask who writes the scripts and how they learn your voice.
Is HustleGrowthz the right fit for everyone?
No. It’s built for coaches and consultants selling offers of $3,000 or more who can record about an hour a week. If you sell low-ticket products, a lower-cost option will usually serve you better.
